Top Rope Adventure

Considered to be one of the top outdoor activities to do in Northern Vietnam, rock climbing gives you the chance to experience nature in a unique way.
We offer top rope guided tours on Moody Beach, a great crag for beginning and intermediate climbers. It is located in the middle of Lan Ha Bay, providing magnificent scenery and privacy, as well as the chance to go for a refreshing swim after an intensive climb.
Our qualified climbing guides will help you have a great time climbing the various routes of Moody Beach. The routes range from easy to intermediate, and reach heights up to 23 meters. Even if you have never climbed before, our guides will make sure it is a memorable experience for every kind of climber.

The tour:

Primary Activities: Rock climbing and cruising around Lan Ha Bay.
Other Activities: Swimming and sunbathing.
Designed For: Anyone with love for the outdoor, suitable for both beginners and experienced climbers.
Helpful to Bring: Water, sunscreen, insect repellent, swimsuit, change of clothes, camera and a towel.
Included : Transportation, access fees, English-speaking guides, lunch, and UIAA certified climbing equipment.
Days Offered: Every day!
Excluded : Drinks.
Timeline

WINTER ITINERARY ( January-March)

08:00: Meet at Langur’s Adventures Office.
08:15: Leave the office by van to Beo Harbour and board our traditional junk boat.
09:00: Transfer onto a small basket boat that will take you to Moody Beach to begin your climbing adventure with our guides.
11:45: Pack up and head back to the junk boat for a traditional family style Vietnamese lunch prepared by our boat crew.
13:00: Transfer back to the harbour after a hard morning of climbing.
13:45: Return to Langur’s Adventures office.

SUMMER ITINERARY ( April-December)

11:00: Meet at Langur’s Adventures Office
11:15: Leave the office by van to Beo Harbour and board our traditional junk boat cruising to our lunch destination.
12:00: Have a traditional family style Vietnamese lunch prepared by our boat crew.
13:00: Board a small basket boat which will take you to Moody Beach to begin your climbing adventure.
16:30: Cruise back to Beo Harbour
17:45: Return to Langur’s Adventures office after a hard afternoon of climbing.

Please come to the office a little bit earlier if your shoes have not been fitted.
